I had a a thought that secular people recognise symbolism. Even unknowingly, the spiritually dry (like myself) participate in the invisible realm. I don’t know if this realm is referred to the Heavens if it doesn’t originate from God, but perhaps there’s semantics involved.
Unseen Warfare provides spiritual guidance for Christians on achieving perfection through relentless self-examination, faith in God, and overcoming inner struggles, emphasizing humility and constant prayer.
LinkHumility is a weight off the shoulders. It feels freeing to drop the self sufficiency and having to know it all. To be judged, and know your place before God allows endurance without despair, pride, anger and so on.
The thing is, you probably have all the information you need already, you just can't bring yourself to sit down and listen to it, so you just keep chain-smoking podcasts and youtube videos, never really thinking, knowing deep down that the answers you seek are in the silence you're avoiding
