I believe life is like a roller costee of events, feelings, experiences.

Every time I come up, I look at the bottom and I think to myself how I wished I was calmer at the bottom knowing, I will ALWAYS rise up.

When then I’m again feeling low I try to remain to myself; “its not forever”. But it’s so hard for me to relate to the feeling of being well
