Checkout the genius recipe by powerhungry.com which I made the following adjustments to - I used 1 1/2 cups boiling water and 1 cup room temperature water in the saucepan + 1 tbsp miso paste for umami flavor. I also set it overnight which I found lended a firmer texture!
