D：DCA（Dollar Cost Averaging）定投法，即每月定期定额投资。比如每月的月初投资 1000 元到你的“懒人投资组合”，并按照比例进行分配。

B：BTD（Buy The Dip）买入法，通俗易懂的说法为“逢低加仓”。如何做到？最简单判断标准就是市场情绪/温度，低于某个值时逢低分批买入，而非一次性 all in。这个方法我也会习惯性地称为主动 DCA （因为 DCA 这个词使用频率高，更容易记住）
