- Chicken broth cubes. Freeze in cube tray, then transfer to freezer bag. Or flat tray, tbd.
- Beef broth cubes. Freeze in cube tray, then transfer to freezer bag.
- Dashi broth cubes. Shiitake / Shrimp / Kombu. Freeze in cube tray, then transfer to freezer bag.
- Miso cubes. Prepare 5 varieties, 1 portion sized.
