Haven't seen much talk about the rule change moving the kickoff touchback to the 35. I think this might finally bring kick returns back. In Week 1 of the preseason, there were 136 returns & 33 touchbacks: 80% return rate. Teams won't gift starts at the 35. Returns will be back.
