「 そうなんだ。今おっしゃってくれたことはうれしいけど、僕自身はトトロはかわいい生き物だと思っていないんだ」
「あれは恐ろしい生き物。肉食でサツキとメイを食べなかったのはお腹が空いてなかったからだ」
と、ガハ ハと笑って
「あなたはそれについてどう思う？」
となりのトトロが議題となって一人ひとり同じ質問をしていった。
