People who are full of Light are aware of their inner Divine Spark and tend to be loving, kind, patient, and/or generous. They do not have literal beams of light emanating from them, but we may feel understood and accepted in their presence.

We get a tantalizing taste of what Buddhists call the enlightened life.

Nonresistance, nonjudgment, and nonattachment are the three aspects of true freedom and enlightened living.

If we quietly follow the teaching of the Anointing we shall be delivered from the compulsion of a noisy emotion and a confused mind.

The third eye chakra uses the element of light. This energy center casts light on dark areas of the mind to help you see ideas, thoughts, emotions, and circumstances through new ‘eyes’. By illuminating these concepts with its spiritual rays of light, your third eye gives you perspectives anew, allowing you greater intuition, empathy, and intellect.

Mindful attention to any experience is liberating. Mindfulness brings perspective, balance, and freedom.

Quality #2: Profound Peace In an enlightened state, you are no longer limited by the perceptual filters created by the mind. You will no longer be burdened by your mind’s biological drive to survive.

To acquire this kind of being is to become illuminated, to be connected to a greater Intelligence that will guide us step by step on the way. The developed soul, instead of living in fear and uncertainty, becomes more and more able to trust the unfolding of life.
