hmm so reading the new CRS report on the new USN light oiler ( TAO-L) and its projected cost is now 450 million ( vs the earlier 100 mil) can't say I am surprised . It's kinda the LSM saga ( which wasn't a bad thing ) all over again USMC asks for cheap ship , USN says with what survivability and CONOPS , industry designs not adequate or too... See more
