Don’t want to be premature but so far having a baby is much less hard than I was told. Even including waking up repeatedly to change him, settle him, etc, I’ve averaged about six and a half hours a night since he was born on Saturday (see below). One thing that catches people off guard about parenthood is that the work it involves often "looks a lot like nothing," to quote...myself. Also one reason that people fail to recognize it as work.
