店舗型のビジネスといえば不動産仲介、美容室、飲食店などがあるが、それらのサービスの集客を支えるのはリクルートのサービスだ（SUUMO/ホットペッパービューティ/ホットペッパー）。
特に不動産・美容業界においてはもはやないと経営が成り立たないインフラの域に達している。売上につながる集客を一手に担っているので、SUUMOをうまく使えれば儲かるし、うまく使えなかったら儲からない、そんな世界観になっている。

1/8 I’m very sad today to see that @Bench has shut down.
