It’s time to accept that an increasingly complex world, we need to adapt to more nuanced stories and resist the urge to hone in on the one that is the most black-or-white.
But governance could be reframed:
• From control to care → Governance that enables communities rather than imposing top-down solutions.
• From heroism to collective intelligence → Decision-making that distributes power rather than centralising it.
• From neutrality to narrative awareness → Governance that acknowledges how stories shape systems and actively rewrites them.
We can change the narrative now. A new story is arising - we just need to start making those changes.

Today's standard design wisdom focuses on the design of linear paths. Sometimes they may branch, but they're ultimately a sequential set of steps towards a desired outcome.
