- crypto's killer feature is the least obvious: decentralized single sign-on people don't care about technology. they care about convenience.

- Low hanging fruit is a thing, but have you ever seen a low hanging apple you'd want to eat? They're either not ripe, or past their prime and filled with bees. The good stuff doesn't come easy, and is rarely just waiting to be picked. Meaningful progress is tough to reach.

- The issue is web3 discourse under-sells the power of the web, oversimplifies the benefits of a new architecture, and skips over meaningful hurdles (UX, security, trust, long-term economics). I think we confuse theories with actual user value props and sustainable business models.
