Monotony collapses time; novelty unfolds it.
When you get older, time flies by, forgotten, because you’re not having as many new experiences.
The magnitude of one’s life is directly parallel to how deep their perception of it is. Your life grows as you do. What you experience is a reflection of what you are.
Because life is not a movement toward or away from anything; not even from the past to the future, or from youth to old age, or from birth to death. The whole of life does not equal the sum of its parts. It equals any one of the parts; there is no sum.
