actually no this is not true… at the “ego” level these fragmentations exist and IFS theory holds dear…but deep deep DEEEEEEEEEEEEEP down …somewhere around the naval or even pelvis bowl… there is a bowl of “you” from which all the fragments arise. one is whole…one is a an attempt at problem solving/memory storage via many scripts (selves)…
But for all the good times, comments come with the responsibility of guarding against spam and toxicity. In other words, it’s a job. But building our own communities is a job worth having in a world that’s noisier and spammier than ever.
