PKM tools tend to prioritize the consumption of information over active engagement with it. While they may facilitate the collection and organization of a wide range of resources, they may not encourage users to critically analyze or synthesize that information into new insights or ideas.
the creative ‘gestation period’ is long, but labor is short.
once the raw material is there, the process is surprisingly easier.
It reminds me of One Piece where if you “follow your dreams” you age gracefully and if you abandon them you become a haggard shell of yourself, deviating from your potential.
Sometimes the process of thinking looks like needless chaos from the outside
But thats what creatives should be doing.
Banging on random objects just to see what it might shake out.
Creatives need to make a mess in order to arrive at clarity.
