You must offer documentation that people can read and understand easily, consistent APIs, and supportive communities that help people adopt and integrate your tools quickly.
The phrase “if you cared, you would [remember, notice, be on time, listen, etc]” is so funny because I care so much it hurts but I just can’t change the behavior because that’s not how my brain works.
