We are advocating nothing less than replacing today’s values-blind economy with a values-first economy of which all stakeholders are fully in control.

I often think of what our relationships, community, society, and work will look like when we move beyond singular identities and into tensions. I think of the beauty, creativity and innovation that will bloom when we move out of our singularities and into our cosmic connectedness. Out beyond identity, there is a field. I will meet you there.

I don’t love the intimations of class distinctions...if there’s one thing that we don’t talk about enough, it’s that class is mighty powerful in terms of determining the course of your life.

I can’t stress enough how important it is to meet people who are also starting up.
