Looks for signs of my subconscious trying to talk to me. For example, feelings towards a task. It might be saying: This is not the right thing to be giving your time.
Do this every morning
Write down my #1 goal
Read it silently and aloud
Visualise it
Repeat daily and multiple times a day
My brain will then start looking for opportunities to achieve that goal
Just because everyone’s doing it, doesn’t make it a good reason for you to do it too.
When “everyone’s doing it,” it’s not unusual to find out later that it’s addictive and deadly - like smoking cigarettes, plastic production and social media (I don’t know about you, but it makes me feel numb inside).
Be concerned with your current trajectory, not your current results.
