Here are some short ideas I can't stop thinking about. The climb is a necessity, not an option. If you got dropped at the top of a mountain, you'd pass out from the altitude.

As H. L. Mencken said: ‘We must respect the other fellow’s religion, but only in the sense and to the extent that we respect his theory that his wife is beautiful and his children smart.’

Only when leaders at all levels understand and believe in the mission can they pass that understanding and belief to their teams so that they can persevere through challenges, execute and win.

“When in doubt, love. The world can always use more love.”

This circle of creativity of sorts is a space in which children can take risks and try things out, fall down and stand up again, fail and succeed—because they feel secure and safe in the proximity of a person who loves them unconditionally.
