i think maybe a useful tool for working is; whenever i start believing things are impossible, i am simply tired and need rest. i can begin again when i have the energy to believe in possibilities. i am not a negative person, i am just exhausted.
We need to redefine success — not as 100% consistency, but as commitment to growth.
Not as flawlessness, but as fluidity — the willingness to adjust, to evolve, to try again without shame.
The best long term fuel source is some repeated act that energizes you in a way that then lets you become a generative person, who uses the energy to make things for others. A great question is "what is your renewable fuel source?"
