Makes sense. A friend I know who’s a builder said it well: “in 30 years of building I’ve never had a lawsuit related to one of my homes - ever. Always able to work it out if there is an issue. In the most recent 5 years, I’ve started to have lawsuits because the people moving here, you can’t work with them.”
