It’s not completely unbelievable that some as yet undiscovered physics anomaly could forever change society (anti-gravity, spacetime bending/warping, multiverse transitions).
If you optimize it so it runs on its own they’ll either take it away or give you more. This can be a good or bad thing.
It’s bad luck to bring bananas on a fishing boat
-I had no idea about this. Found out my brother in law almost brought some bananas on a fishing trip (on a boat going out to sea), and apparently this is terrible luck and he was chastised.
Does anybody else really like to listen to audio recordings of dead philosophers and writers? Charles Bukowski, Alan Watts, David Foster Wallace, Anthony Bourdain. Their words are incredible, but there's something else about listening to them read it.
