profile + llm + context + voice = a valuable conversational partner for breaking down ideas. But the goal is for it not to simply become a stand-in for talking with other humans.

I may put effort into an idea, but if it lacks focus and well-executed execution, that effort will fall short. I think to add is this concept of attention when paying the fee.
Understand that there is a dip - and apply attention when paying the fee - When you have movement in life a attentional momentum forward you will run into walls, you will have moments where attention slows - this allows for the heckler in your mind to prepouse ideas that aren’t entirely your own - you are the person listing to the hackler.
The heckler responded poorly to well-asked questions. - ie, “ you will fail at this speech, “ you - “ why will I fail? “
