When was the last time you saw real glamour in the wild? The kind that made your jaw drop? In the age of algorithms, Amazon dupes, “Instagram face,” and “Ozempic face,” it’s never been easier and more acceptable to look like everybody else, which is why when you spot people on the street who really put in the effort to get dressed, they stand out.

Glamour is unnatural and unordinary. It’s a decadent breakfast or a long stroll. It’s a rejection of the tedium of everyday life and the status quo.
