I saw my life branching out before me

like the tip is tree in then tie a fat

purple fig, a wonderful future

beckoned and winked. One fig was a

husband and a happy home and

children, and another fig was a famous

poet and another fig was a brilliant

professor, and another fig was Ee Gee,

the amazing editor, and another

I am a woman of many hobbies and yet not one passion, nor one mastered skill. This poem inspired me to pick up writing again, something that I feel has always been with me, but has been put on the back burner time and time again because of my insecurities. I want to overcome that, as to not let young nor future me down.
