We need to soak in more idle time. No scrolling, music, podcasts, or audiobooks. Try it, even for a few minutes.

This is such a well written and thoughtful essay and I think it brings up a good point of how boredom is just another emotion that we should experience in its full especially if we want to experience more “rewarding” ones like awe

-Listen to a philosophy podcast while walking

-Learn a new word and use it in a sentence
-Write a letter to someone (or yourself)
