Tea and Coffee

Adagio Samurai Mate: Awesome. Light caffeine. Spicy with a bright finish. Light color. Excellent bouquet.

Adagio Foxtrot: Fantastic. My daily driver. Chamomile, Peppermint, Vanilla, Rooibos. A cup of tea that is consistently interesting whose flavor stays intact when it starts hot and cools over time. I drink several cups every day.

MUD\WTR Relax: Interesting. I want it to taste like Chai…it tastes nothing like Chai. Like the daytime version, it begins to settle and fall out of solution quickly. Also like the daytime version it leaves a very ugly cup. I can’t figure out what I’m tasting. Like a light caramel mixed with…..tapioca. I will give it another shot tomorrow. Cinnamon

Adagio Bonfire. Just OK. Too busy. It leans too far into a sweetness.
