slow life

For you if you need it. And if it’s not for you, keep strolling on and leave it for those that do. I say all of this as someone who values vision-setting and setting stretchy goals for myself, while also valuing; slowness, silence, paying attention to my capacity, rest and seeming ‘nothingness’. I say this as someone who understands that slowness and rest doesn’t equal passivity. Buying into external urgency and false timelines is a form of self-sabotage in my eyes. Which is why I firmly believe that your year begins when you choose. But I like looking to nature for that guidance, even in the simplest ways, and I’ve found it to work very well! Anyway, I’ll leave this here for you. When does your New Year truly begin??🤓✨
