possibly the most common theme i see in facilitation, coaching and healing work is: there's something in the person that wants to express, it is currently unable to (often not allowed, repressed, feels unsafe) and healing is in making space for it to express
Just noticed someone becoming discretely smarter. Pressed them about it. Finally we zoomed into it: they’ve been doing “Ideal Parent Figure through ChatGPT”. Human augmentation in my life time. Amazing.
Ideally your contributions to society would be entangled with your own growth.
I believe in expanding concentric circles of care and attention. I think as you get your life in order and align your conditions with your needs - including subtle ones - you naturally overflow with energy which you will feel compelled to share with others.
