Free startup idea / Request for startup: Google, but with up/downvote and block buttons for domains that are low quality SEO bait.

I am getting many emails asking what kind of apps I think are interesting in AI. ten-minute brainstorm of free startup ideas — some aren't good businesses, some have been tried, but not nearly enough of these have been tried when capabilities are improving so rapidly. please add!

It'd be neat if there was a way for employees at different startups to be able to swap a small % of their equity with each other. It would help each de-risk a little and build a small portfolio of startups they believe in.
