I'm a big fan of the "GPS Theory" when you miss a turn, your GPS doesn't judge you, it recalculates. No matter how many detours you take, it finds another way forward. Life works like that too. You'll make mistakes, but your destination doesn't vanish. The route just changes.

The act of writing reveals to you, in quite a brutal way, just how many of your thoughts are merely feelings, you really have no idea what you actually think until you attempt to write it down

Our life is constantly running on overdose. Overdose of information. Overdose of food. Overdose of social connections. Overdose of a lot of things we don't actually need.

What you’re saying is so important. How can you respect someone you can’t trust or count on, someone who isn’t reliable? The same principle applies to yourself.

Best advice I received: If you overthink, Write. If you underthink, Read. and that is all.

You have no energy to exercise because you don’t exercise. Sounds weird but that is how it works. You get what you demand. “Do the thing and you will have the power.”

Uncommon advice: If you don't know what to pursue in life right now. Pursue yourself. Pursue becoming the healthiest, happiest, most healed, most present, most confident version of yourself. Then the right path will reveal itself.
