Finding the right problem to solve is the hardest path in building products. Framing a problem is irreducable.
Computational irreducibility. You can speed up processes and collabs things. There is one thing you cannot simplify.
In ai it is framing the problem a llm should solve.
We repeat ourselves a lot. Once something has happened before in a similar context. Ai is really good at giving an answer for that particular context - create playbooks for certain situations that repeat. E.g. how decisions have been made.
Name ai assistants using metaphors and give it the functions of the metaphor.
With ai you can build something and take it apart later to learn about it and improve it. New way to prototype and creativity.
We want to make things by hand. Creativity is making things by hand.
