This answers a question I previously wrote about 5 minutes ago. Books, art supplies and coffee walks with my loved ones are high up on my priority list so investing time and money in these areas doesn’t feel like a waste or overcomplicated. it feels as easy as breathing.
Its the stripping down of everything else that I don’t need or value is what’s important.
The following constraints have given me more freedom with my time, money, and energy:
Budgeting every dollar. All impulse purchasing has screeched to a halt. I can’t recommend it enough.
Eating like a dog. Eat pretty much the same things everyday, cheap, quick, real, whole, and healthy but still delicious (think eggs on toast, soup...)
