I have been thinking about it a lot lately: do we owe people comprehensibility, legibility, concreteness? May I claim the right to be intangible?
Clarifying often feels like moving further from the initial meaning. For some things, there is no exactness, no solid answer that can be shaped into what they want.
On the right to be incomprehensible
And maybe that’s part of the problem, trying to be legible to everyone. The tug of war of wanting to water things down for mass adoption versus building something I want for myself and trusting the others will come.
