Guitar Practice

I'm trying to learn guitar but I just keep learning how to play songs. I want some sort of structure, a strategy for improving, but I don't know where to start. This is a place for collecting those ideas.

Truthfully, I don't need some random persons plan for “ how to master the guitar”, as if there was a single perfect route. Even if there were, I would spend my whole life mastering every aspect of guitar playing. What I need to do is the things that intrigue me, baffle me and hold me back from how I want to play.
