Hey there,
I harvested my own indoor ginger and also wrote a short article about it.
I planted exactly 200g and harvested a total of 714g so I got 514g of new growth within just a tad over five months. I had to harvest prematurely so I could’ve gotten way more out of it had I given it more time.

You can freeze whole lemons and limes.
EDIT: LOL. you’re downvoting me but I assure you it works just fine. Put them in airtight freezer bags and freeze the whole lemon. Defrost in the fridge the night before you need them or just drop a frozen lemon in a container of water for 20 minutes to defrost out before you squeeze... See more
