I loved how this book summary was laid out. It allowed me to go directly to exercise which is my area of interest. And I learned something new. I had no idea women should aim to carry 37.5% of their body weight in each hand so a total of 75%. For men it's 100%. Doing the plank or a press up is a lot easier than carrying stuff in your hands.
