Curation has been too focused on the information and not enough on architecture; how we collect, store, augment, and utilize what’s already in our minds.

Open peer-review, like other aspects of web-transitioned scholarly communication, has been an outlier. Lots of experimentation may be necessary for open review and comment to become routine.

We need a system that allows the inclusion of far more ways of being reviewed, and of conducting review, before, during, and after publication, however we may define that activity.
