Our comfort with change is directly related to our ability to influence the change, manage expectations, and being able to recognize progress.
Change is slow, incremental, and often complicated because we are complex products of our choices, families of origin, emotional health, surrounding culture, and interpretations of life.

Without a transition, a change is just a rearrangement of the furniture.
Changing the world includes changing yourself. Change your beliefs, preferences, acquaintances, hobbies, location, and lifestyle. Your only constant habit will be looking for what else to change.
What is change? Change is the way things really are.
