may focus on WHAT needs to be accomplished with a heightened attention to detail.

CHAPTER THREE: THE FOUR CORNERS OF DISC
Most of us have blended styles of DISC behaviors.
Moderation / CorrectionConflict Response: avoids the problem by avoiding the person.

Enthusiasm / EngagingConflict Response: doesn't realize the conflct is personality-based - assumes someone is upset because of some thing, but never confirms it. Tries too hard.
Support / Service Confict Response: prioritizing others over the ones trying to intimidate him.
attributes of a D style:
Action / Control Conflict Response: uses intensity to light a fire under S. Doesn't hold a grudge, but will see this as a future strategy if intimidation works.
