It’s funny how spending money makes you feel like you have money.
Are you rooting your decisions in your core principles or in a mix of second hand opinions you see on media feeds? Do you have core principles?
You need to define a dream, a future, a life, with your significant other that’s WORTH building towards, that’s worth making sacrifices for, that makes it easy to have self control for. For my parents, it was escaping a life of poverty and debt and enabling a future for their kids that was never possible for them.
The idea of losing wonder and mystery in the world, because of the internet and smart phones. No longer believing in miracles.
One thing is having taste, curation. Another thing is getting others to see that your taste is good and the things you highlight have value. That’s distribution

A super power is being present - not having to worry about what’s next. Having a secretary or assistant to guide you through your day, someone else who’s job is to worry about what’s next for you, enables you to be present
