Dusty was alone. Her father had abandoned her (again) at the county fair halfway across the country, leaving her with $50 and a necklace. She’d just spent the $50 winning two giant stuffed dogs for two fellow 12-year-olds with funny names she couldn’t remember. And what she didn’t know was that the necklace was about to cause the greatest pandemic
