Adaptive Leadership
Your Physiology affects your Psychology
Learning Frames
Move from Knowing to BEING
There is no failure, only feedback - just information, no judgement
Learning is a process
All learning and behaviour change happens at an unconscious level
Learning and development happens outside of comfort zone
The unconscious mind doesn’t process negatives
Focus on what you WANT
INTENTION governs ATTENTION
But you can always choose what you think, say, or do in response to other people, the world around you, or the emotions that are rising up inside of you. That’s the source of all your power.
Mel Robbins • The Let Them Theory

Thoughts > State > Actions
Thoughts = How do you make meaning? What is the underlying belief?
State = Your physical body
Action = Your behaviour
Are your thoughts or beliefs helpful to you?
Outcomes are desired future state.
Elements of an outcome:
For the Self (not others)
Positively stated
For the future (not focused on the past)
Questions to get you to outcomes:
What would you like to have?
What does it look, sound, feel like?
When x is no longer a problem, what would you like to feel instead?
