You’re Not Broken: The 7-Week Executive Function Workbook for Late-Diagnosed ADHD Adults: Heal Shame, Build Habits, and Reclaim Your Life with Science-Based Tools
What would change in your life if you understood your ADHD brain better?
What would change in my life if I understood my neurodivergent brain better is better consistency with habits and I would for one achieve all my goals that I set with the world. This time it’s 4 goals in 4 months. Diabetes 2 levels Have house set up 2x a week outside 1x a week apply and practice interviewing in suit, wear shoes too. I would be less harsh on myself when I have to change the rules of my habits a little to continue to make them consistent.
Active recovery works better than stillness.
