Breath is aligned to both body and mind and it alone is the tool which can bring them both together, illuminating both and bringing both peace and calm.
On a clear night, look up, and you can see that you are the stars above.
What is getting in the way of your being able to experience the present moment? Keep breathing. Keep sitting. This is the practice.
Our body is a masterpiece of the cosmos.
