Donât get paralyzed by testing everything. If you canât get statistical significance within a month, use pre/post analysis instead. Trust intuition more, especially when:
You have low traffic/conversion volumes
The change is low-risk
You need to move quickly
The impact is obvious

Fast iteration can make up for a lot; itâs usually ok to be wrong if you iterate quickly. Plans should be measured in decades, execution should be measured in weeks.
