Here's my kitchen freezer:
- Ice cubes (a bin, full, and trays ready to crack into the bin)
- Butter (I'm a baker, so at least 10 boxes at any time). I keep 2 sticks in the fridge for every day use
- Chicken breasts and/or tenderloins - portioned into meal-sizes (2 breasts or 4 tenders for two people)
- Pork chops (portioned)

Lemon juice and zest can be frozen. That large can of crushed tomatoes you just needed a little of? Portioned into mini cupcake trays and also frozen. Coconut milk and solids can be frozen. Milk and bread can be frozen.

Frozen pizza from a sale, usually out of the box but in wrapper with cooking instructions written on it with a marker. This saves space.
