Steve Blank What’s Missing From Zoom Reminds Us What It Means to Be Human

I'm in the US for the first time in 2 1/2 years, and talking face to face with people is immensely more productive than talking over Zoom. If Zoom were the default and someone just invented face to face, it would seem like an amazing step forward.

Meeting in person and knowing each other outside work creates a different type of bond. We try to do continent-wide meetups focused on smaller groups.  Planning in person is also beneficial because  spending time on Zoom is exhausting.
