War Rooms and Peace Rooms

In my characterization of the cozyweb I think I inadvertently suggested that it mostly comprises peace rooms formed by people who wanted to abandon the war-torn public web for private spaces where they could continue (or rediscover) more enriching peace-time pursuits, without retreating entirely offline to waldenponding.
